You can stop by to collect your products after you receive the confirmation email that your order is ready for collection.
The collection point is located at the University of Milan-Bicocca - Procurement and Bursar’s Office, Piazza dell’Ateneo Nuovo, 1 - 20126, Milan
Agora Building - U6, 4th floor, room 4238 - 4239

Delivery days and times:

• Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Returns

The consumer may exercise their right of return, as provided in the general terms and conditions of sale, through an appropriate communication sent by e-mail to store@unimib.it
